When Valentine's Day bingo works

A classroom Valentine's party

Card exchanges are over in ten minutes and leave an hour to fill. A themed bingo round is the standard answer, and printing a class set costs a few sheets of paper.

A Galentine's or single-friends night

The word list does not have to be romantic. Built around the day's clichés rather than its sentiment, it plays as comedy for a group that is not celebrating a relationship.

A quiet night in for two

Two cards, a film, and a square for every cliché the film hits. It is a small thing that turns an ordinary evening into a bit of an occasion.

Valentine's Day bingo questions

Is this suitable for a school class?

Yes — the starter list is deliberately sweets, cards and hearts rather than anything romantic, so it works for a primary classroom as it stands.

Can I print these in black and white?

Yes. The cards stay legible without colour; choosing a lighter palette in the designer before you export gives the cleanest greyscale print.

Are these Valentine's Day bingo cards really free?

Yes. Unlimited card downloads, no account, no subscription. Free cards carry a small printmybingocards.com watermark; a clean set without it is a one-off $5–$16.99 depending on how many cards are in the batch.

Will every card be different?

Yes. Generate up to 100 cards in one batch and every one gets its own arrangement of your words — checked card against card, so no two people in the room are playing the same grid.

How do I print them?

The download is a US Letter PDF you can print at home or at a copy shop. Choose one, two or four cards per page — four is the paper-saving option, one gives the biggest squares to mark. Ordinary paper is fine; cardstock holds up better if the cards get handled all evening.

Can I change the words?

All 30 of them. The Valentine's Day list is a starting point — delete anything that does not fit, paste in your own, and the cards are built from whatever you end up with.
