Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Print My Bingo Cards handles personal information on printmybingocards.com.

The short version

There are no accounts and no passwords, and there is no mailing list. We only ever hold your email if you ask us to send you a download link, or if you buy a clean set. Your bingo cards are turned into a PDF inside your own browser — the finished file is never uploaded to us. We don’t sell anything about you, and we don’t run advertising trackers.

What we collect

Your email address

There is no signup form and no mailing list. The waitlist closed when the designer went live — there is nothing left to wait for — and the form was removed, so you cannot subscribe to anything here.

There are exactly two ways we can end up with your address, and neither of them is marketing. If you ask us to email you the link back to a saved batch of cards, we send that link and store the address against the design, so we can answer you if the email goes astray. And if you buy a clean set, Stripe passes us the address you paid with so we can send you that same link. We do not send anything else to either.

If you joined the old waitlist while it was open, we still hold the address you gave us and nothing else. We have never used it for anything but the launch note it was collected for, and we will not start. Email us and we’ll delete it — see Your choices below.

The cards you design

When you generate a batch, we save the design — its title, your word list, the grid settings — and the resulting card layouts. This lets us support features like returning to a design and, later, virtual play. If you put personal details in your word list, they are stored with the design, so treat that field the way you’d treat anything you’re about to hand out on paper.

An anonymous session cookie

We set one cookie, bingo_session. It holds a random identifier, nothing else — no name, no email, no browsing history. It lets us associate the designs made in your browser with each other without asking you to sign up. It lasts a year, and it is not used for advertising or shared with anyone.

Basic usage analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and see which pages people visit. It is privacy-focused, doesn’t set cookies, and doesn’t build a profile of you across sites.

What we never collect

• Passwords — there are no accounts.
• Card or bank details. Payments happen on Stripe’s own page — your card number is typed into their form, not ours, and we never see or store it. All we get back is whether the payment succeeded and the email address you paid with.
• Your finished PDFs. They are built in your browser and saved by you.

Who else touches it

We keep this list short on purpose. Each of these processes data only to provide its part of the Service:

• Vercel — hosting and analytics.
• Neon — the database that stores saved designs, orders, and the closed waitlist.
• Stripe — payments. They handle the card form and, depending on where you are, may act as the seller of record.
• Resend — the service that delivers our email, such as the link back to your saved cards.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Where it’s stored

Our hosting runs on Vercel, our database on Neon, our payments through Stripe and our email through Resend. All of them operate data centres in several regions, including the United States, so if you’re writing to us from elsewhere your information may be transferred and processed there.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist emails — the list is closed and no new addresses can be added. Ones already on it are kept until you ask us to delete them.
• Download-link and purchase emails — kept against the design they belong to, so the link still works and so we can help if something goes wrong with an order. Ask and we’ll delete yours.
• Designs and cards — while the Service operates, so they can be reopened. Ask and we’ll delete yours.
• The session cookie — one year, or until you clear your cookies.

Your choices

Email us at hello@printmybingocards.com and we’ll action any of these, free, within 30 days:

• a copy of what we hold about you;
• a correction;
• deletion of your email, your designs, or both;
• deletion of your address from the closed waitlist;
• deletion of an address left for a download link or a purchase.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to complain to your data protection regulator. We honour those requests regardless of where you are — it’s simpler than checking.

Children

The Service is designed for adults — including teachers making cards for a class. It is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes we’ll update the date at the top, and we’ll say so clearly if the change is significant.

2 September 2026 — the waitlist closed, and saved card links and paid clean sets went live. There is no longer a signup form or a mailing list anywhere on the site; the only addresses we now take are the one you can ask a download link to be sent to and the one Stripe passes us when you buy. The section above describes both, along with what happens to addresses collected while the waitlist was open: we still hold them, we have never used them for anything else, and you can have yours deleted by asking.
