Christmas Movie Bingo Cards
For the night everyone ends up on the sofa watching a made-for-TV Christmas romance anyway. The squares are the plot beats you can see coming — the snowed-in inn, the big-city job, the bakery that has to be saved — and the first to call the kiss before it happens wins.
Start from the 30 words below, swap in your own, and download a print-ready PDF. Every card in the batch is guaranteed different, so nobody shares a winning square.
6 sample Christmas Movie cards
Every card below is built from the same word list and no two are the same. Each is on a different one of the background illustrations you can pick between in the designer.

When Christmas Movie bingo works
A holiday movie marathon at home
Two or three of these films back to back is a long evening, and they blur together by the second one. A card each turns spotting the predictable twist into the point of watching, and a fresh card per film keeps it from becoming one very long round.
A long-distance watch party
Press play at the same time, print the cards at home, and call out squares in the group chat. It works for friends in different cities because nobody has to be in the room to check a win — the film is doing the calling.
A holiday night with people you don't know well
The only instruction is 'mark it when it happens on screen', and everyone has seen enough of these films to know what to look for. That makes it an easy fit for a new friend group or a team night where nobody wants to learn rules.

Who calls the squares in movie bingo?
Nobody — the film does. Players mark a square when that moment happens on screen, and the first complete line wins. Agree up front how strict to be: does an interrupted almost-kiss under the mistletoe count, or only the real thing?
Does it work with any Christmas movie?
Any romance or feel-good holiday film, which is most of what airs in December. The squares are plot beats and settings rather than titles or characters, so they turn up whichever film you choose. For an action or animated film, swap the romance squares for ones that fit.
How long does a round take?
Roughly the length of the film. Most lines complete in the final half hour, when the misunderstanding is cleared up and the town is saved all at once — a slow build rather than a quick game, which suits a sofa.
Are these Christmas Movie bingo cards really free?
Yes. Unlimited card downloads, no account, no subscription. Free cards carry a small printmybingocards.com watermark; a clean set without it is a one-off $5–$16.99 depending on how many cards are in the batch.
Will every card be different?
Yes. Generate up to 100 cards in one batch and every one gets its own arrangement of your words — checked card against card, so no two people in the room are playing the same grid.
How do I print them?
The download is a PDF, laid out for US Letter or A4, that you can print at home or at a copy shop. Choose one, two or four cards per page — four is the paper-saving option, one gives the biggest squares to mark. It ends with a caller's sheet and call slips to cut out, so the host has everything too. Ordinary paper is fine; cardstock holds up better if the cards get handled all evening.
Can I change the words?
All 30 of them. The Christmas Movie list is a starting point — delete anything that does not fit, paste in your own, and the cards are built from whatever you end up with.
How to actually run the game
You have the cards. These cover the rest of it — the rules, the hosting, and what separates a caller who keeps a room going from one reading out a list.
